Double Day Shift or Permanent Nights
Salary:
£35,980 per annum Double Days
£37,895 per annum Nights

Key Responsibilities of a CNC Machinist:
* Setting and operating CNC milling or turning machines to manufacture precision components
* Working from detailed engineering drawings and specifications
* Carrying out tool changes, offsets and basic programme edits where required
* Inspecting components using micrometers, verniers and other measuring equipment
* Ensuring components are manufactured to required tolerances and quality standards
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
* Working closely with production and quality teams to meet production targets
* Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
Key Skills of a CNC Machinist:
* Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC Setter/Operator or similar
* Experience with CNC milling or turning machinery
* Knowledge of Fanuc, Mazak or similar controls would be advantageous
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Flexible and reliable with the ability to work a double day shift pattern
