Do you enjoy helping children develop confidence and achieve their potential? A friendly and inclusive Primary School in Breightmet, Bolton is looking to recruit a dedicated Year 5 Teaching Assistant to become part of their Key Stage 2 team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a classroom environment and enjoys supporting pupils both academically and personally. Working alongside an experienced Year 5 teacher, you'll play a key role in creating a positive learning experience for every child.
Your Day-to-Day Role
Supporting the Year 5 teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons
Working with small groups to reinforce learning in Maths and English
Providing additional support to pupils who require extra guidance
Helping to prepare classroom resources and learning activities
Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting pupil independence
Assisting with assessment activities and monitoring pupil progress
Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has previous experience working within a primary school
Enjoys working with Key Stage 2 pupils
Is confident supporting learning across the curriculum
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
Is patient, enthusiastic and committed to helping children succeed
Can create a positive and encouraging learning environment
