We are seeking an exceptional and ambitious Curriculum Lead of Drama to join our dedicated team. As Curriculum Lead of Drama, you will provide strategic leadership for the subject, driving excellence in teaching and learning, developing an innovative curriculum, and fostering a culture of creativity, confidence, and performance across the school.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
Lead and develop the Drama curriculum across Key Stages 3, 4, and, where applicable, Key Stage 5.
Inspire students through high-quality teaching and engaging learning experiences.
Monitor and evaluate student progress to ensure excellent outcomes for all learners.
Lead curriculum planning, assessment, and quality assurance within the department.
Support, coach, and develop colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
Promote participation in extracurricular drama activities, productions, performances, and enrichment opportunities.
Contribute to the wider life of the school through performances, events, and community engagement.

Is a qualified teacher with a strong track record of successful Drama teaching.
