PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Location: Bolton
Hours: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-owned construction business based in Bolton for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Directors and play a key role within the business.

You'll be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating business activities, and providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

The Role
• Managing the Directors' diaries, meetings and appointments
• Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
• Preparing reports, presentations and business documentation
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal teams
• Providing general office and administrative support
• Assisting with projects, events and other business requirements as needed

What We're Looking For
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or within a similar role
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work independently
• A professional, proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
