HR Administrator | Immediate Start | Temporary Opportunity 2 - 3-months | London based hybrid
Are you an organised HR professional looking for your next opportunity? We're recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive HR team on an immediate start basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills, a keen eye for detail, and previous experience supporting HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
* Prepare contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation.
* Process new starters, leavers and contractual changes.
* Manage HR inboxes and respond to routine employee queries.
* Support recruitment administration, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews and completing pre-employment checks.
* Coordinate onboarding and induction activities.
* Prepare documentation for employee relations meetings and take accurate meeting minutes when required.
* Ensure confidential information is handled securely and in line with GDPR.
What We're Looking For
* Previous HR administration experience.
* Knowledge of core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration.
* Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
* A proactive, professional approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
