Description

Manage daily office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and organise files to support the property team.
Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
Oversee office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organised and well-equipped.
Support the onboarding of new staff by preparing documentation and assisting with initial training.
Assist with invoicing and basic financial record-keeping tasks.
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure deadlines and targets are met.Profile

A successful Office Administrator should have:

Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role, preferably within the property industry.
Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency with common office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
