Fleet Compliance Administrator

Permanent | Office Based

We're looking for a Fleet Compliance Administrator to support a busy transport operation, ensuring vehicles remain compliant, roadworthy and operational through effective administration and maintenance coordination.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate vehicle servicing, MOTs, inspections and repairs.

* Maintain fleet compliance records and documentation.

* Update fleet management systems and produce reports.

* Liaise with drivers, workshops and suppliers.

* Raise purchase orders and process invoices.

* Support audits and monitor maintenance schedules.

* Provide general administrative support to the fleet team.

Skills & Experience

* Previous administration experience within fleet, transport, logistics or a similar environment.

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Knowledge of fleet compliance or vehicle maintenance is advantageous.
