Project Manager | Harrow | £70,000 - £80,000

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing main contractor delivering a major Design & Build construction project in Harrow.

This role would suit a proven Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion and has experience managing larger-scale construction schemes.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the successful delivery of a major Design & Build project.
Lead site, commercial and design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and manage project programmes and key milestones.
Ensure works are completed safely, on time and within budget.
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders.
Manage project risks and implement effective solutions.
Monitor quality standards and oversee project handover.
Maintain strong client relationships and communication.
Produce regular progress and performance reports. Requirements

Minimum 10 years' construction industry experience.
At least 5 years operating as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
Proven track record delivering projects valued at £10m+.
Main contractor experience is essential.
Extensive Design & Build experience.
Strong understanding of JCT contracts.
SMSTS qualification.
CSCS Management Card.
Excellent leadership and communication skills. Package

£70,000 - £80,000 basic salary.
