Role Title: HCM Functional Testing Consultant
Contract duration: 6 months
Location: London- 3 days WFO/week
Minimum years of experience: 15 years
Job Description:
Validate Hire-to-Retire Processes
- Test end-to-end HCM business processes including Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Absence Management, Payroll, and Separation.
Execute Functional Testing
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to validate system functionality against business requirements.
Verify Configurations and Integrations
- Validate HCM configurations and test integrations with payroll, finance, third-party systems, and reporting tools.
Manage Defects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Log, track, and retest defects; support business users during UAT and ensure successful issue resolution.
Ensure Data Accuracy and Compliance
- Validate employee data, reports, workflows, security roles, and compliance requirements to ensure system reliability and audit readiness
