Duties for Sales and Customer Service Manager

Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and customer service teams to achieve individual and company targets.

Drive sales performance through effective pipeline management, coaching, and customer engagement strategies.

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all customer touchpoints.

Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics, response times, and service quality.

Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Analyse sales and service data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members.

Prepare regular performance reports.
