BMS Service & Small Works Engineer
Location: Greater London
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE)

The Role
Our client is a growing and ambitious building controls company seeking a BMS Service & Small Works Engineer to support their expanding portfolio across Greater London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on BMS systems, primarily working with Trend and/or Delta controls. Engineers experienced in one system will be supported with training to develop knowledge in the other platform.
The role will also include occasional small works projects, with full training provided where required.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a developing company with genuine career progression, where the successful engineer will also have the opportunity to mentor junior/improver engineers as the team grows.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on BMS systems.
Service and fault-find on Trend and/or Delta BMS platforms.
Attend client sites across Greater London.
Deliver minor BMS small works when required (training provided).
Diagnose and resolve system faults efficiently.
Produce service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Work independently when attending service and reactive call-outs.
Support the development and mentoring of junior/improver engineers.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience servicing BMS systems.
Hands-on experience with Trend and/or Delta controls.
Ability to work independently on PPMs and reactive maintenance.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Good communication and customer-facing skills.
