TEMP Admin Coordinator, Oldham Based.

£14.00 per hour, weekly pay.

Immediate start, 6-8 week duration.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of business, coordinating engineer schedules, managing diaries, supporting customers, and ensuring systems are always up to date.

Responsibilities

* Coordinating and scheduling engineers to ensure efficient daily operations

* Managing busy diaries and appointments, responding quickly to changing priorities

* Updating and maintaining accurate client records and job information within our systems

* Liaising with customers, engineers, and colleagues to ensure clear communication and excellent service

* Handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries professionally and efficiently.

* Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks

* Ensuring all documentation and records are accurate, organised, and up to date

Desirables

* Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail

* Energetic, proactive, and able to work well under pressure

* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service

* Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and using multiple software systems

* A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions

* Able to prioritise a busy workload while maintaining accuracy
