GSL Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work with our partner schools across Lincoln. Whether you're looking for flexible supply work or a full-time, long-term role, we have opportunities to suit your availability and career goals.

You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of educational settings, including Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, and Specialist SEN/SEMH provisions, supporting pupils with a range of additional learning and behavioural needs.

The Role:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
Support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and personal development.
Encourage positive behaviour and help create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
Adapt your approach to meet the individual needs of each pupil.
Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and external professionals where appropriate.

What We're Looking For:

Availability to work part-time or full-time.
Flexibility to work on a supply basis or commit to long-term/full-time placements.
Previous experience working within education, care, support work, or a similar role is essential.
Relevant qualifications in Education, Childcare, Health & Social Care, SEND, or related fields are desirable.
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting children and young people.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
