Overview of the Role
Project Architect job in Holborn with an established architectural practice delivering residential, commercial, mixed-use, student accommodation and data centre projects. Working across all RIBA stages, you will support project delivery, technical coordination and design development within a collaborative studio environment.
Practice & Project Information
The practice delivers projects across the UK and Ireland, supported by an international network. The London studio offers a collaborative, delivery-focused environment with opportunities to work on a varied portfolio while benefiting from hybrid working, structured CPD and clear career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver projects across all RIBA stages from concept through to completion
Produce planning and construction drawings using Revit
Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery
Apply UK building regulations, specifications and construction methods
Assist with project programmes, budgets, scope and quality standards
Contribute to design reviews and support the growth of the London studio
Required Skills and Experience
ARB and RIBA registered with at least 3 years post-Part III experience
Advanced Revit skills, demonstrable at interview stage
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, detailing and technical documentation
Ability to manage projects or work packages independently and collaboratively
NBS Chorus experience and an interest in data centre projects are advantageous
