Are you looking for a rewarding role in education this September?
We're currently recruiting on behalf of a number of welcoming primary schools across Northampton who are looking for dedicated Class Teaching Assistants to join their teams for the new academic year.
Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or have previous experience working with children in another setting, we'd love to hear from you.
The role:
Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities.
Working with small groups and on a one-to-one basis to help pupils achieve their potential.
Encouraging positive behaviour and building pupils' confidence.
Helping to create an engaging, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Assisting with classroom preparation and resources.What we're looking for:
Experience working with children or young people (school experience is desirable but not essential).
A positive, patient and proactive attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service is advantageous, although we can help you obtain one if needed.What we offer:
