Are you an experienced Fleet Administrator looking to join one of the world's leading passenger transport operators?
Our client is an established international bus and coach operator providing critical transport services across the UK and overseas. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an organised and proactive Fleet Administrator to support their busy engineering operation based near Heathrow.

The Role of the Fleet Administrator
Working closely with the Head of Fleet Engineering, Engineering Supervisors, Workshop staff and external suppliers, you'll play a vital role in keeping the engineering department running efficiently.

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Fleet Engineering Department.
Monitoring PSV vehicle arrivals for scheduled servicing, inspections and repairs.
Recording and investigating late vehicle arrivals.
Maintaining accurate fleet maintenance and compliance records.
Updating fleet management systems to ensure vehicles remain fully compliant with DVSA and operator licence requirements.
Ordering vehicle parts, consumables and engineering supplies.
Processing and monitoring vehicle warranty claims.
Assisting with engineering reports, KPI reporting and month-end documentation.
Managing engineering documentation and personnel records.
Supporting the engineering management team with day-to-day administration and ad hoc projects.What you’ll need as Fleet Administrator

Bus or Coach Operations experience (Advantage)
PSV Engineering (Advantage)
Commercial Vehicle Workshops
HGV or LGV Fleet Administration
Transport or Fleet Management
Previous administration experience within a fleet or engineering environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with engineers, managers, suppliers and operational teams.
