Hunter James Recruitment are assisting our client - a well established National organisation with their search for an experienced Fleet Administrator to join their busy facility in Widnes
Responsibilities will include:
* To be self-motivated, plan and exceed service delivery expectations and manage the resources required for the department
* Administration of Fleet and all compliance issues within the fleet
* Ensure all accident and damage reports are investigated and costs attributed correctly in conjunction with accounts invoicing.
* Ensure that all necessary reports, documents, schedules and diaries are maintained
* Plan and action all movements in conjunction with Operations Distribution office Team
* Work closely with the team ensure all site health & safety procedures are adhered to.
* Uphold and enforce the drivers’ compliance policy.
* Ensure drivers hours are maximised but not exceeded, including accurate timesheet management.
* Ensure continuous legal management of drivers’ hours & WTD regulations are being managed throughout the year
THE CANDIDATE
* Ideally the candidate will have strong experience within a HGV /Transport/ Fleet role
* Experience of Fleet compliance
* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
* A high level of IT literacy
