Workshop Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established landscaping contractor specialising in the construction of premium residential gardens based in Camberley working across Surrey, Berkshire and London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Landscape Foreman who enjoys leading from the front, motivating teams and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer service, and have a proven background in constructing bespoke designs.
As Landscape Foreman, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of multiple landscape construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to an exceptional finish while building positive relationships with clients throughout each project, must have the ability to manage teams and tight deadlines, must live within good travelling distance of Camberley.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate site teams, setting high standards of workmanship and productivity.
Read and interpret construction drawings to ensure accurate project delivery.
Manage the day-to-day running of landscape construction sites.
Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors effectively.
Carry out hands-on landscaping and construction work alongside your team.
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain excellent client relationships.
Oversee planting, soft landscaping, hard landscaping, irrigation installation and ongoing landscape works.
Ensure all projects are completed safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman, Team Leader or Senior Landscaper.
Strong leadership skills with the drive to inspire and manage teams effectively.
Extensive experience delivering high-end residential landscaping projects, hard and soft
Excellent ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Solid landscape construction background with strong building and hard landscaping skills.
Experience in planting, landscape maintenance and irrigation systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Excellent hard landscape, construction skills, landscape construction
Full UK Driving Licence
Live in the Camberley area.
