Permanent - £27000 per annum
Telford - Working hours are between 06.00AM - 7.00PM (rota based 38 hours per week)
Proactive Personnel Limited are recruiting for their prestigious onsite client based in Telford. Our onsite recruitment co-ordinator plays a critical role in supporting recruitment operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of temporary workforce solutions for clients. Reporting to the Account Manager, this role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of workforce planning, candidate management, and compliance processes.
This role requires excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills to ensure service levels are met efficiently.
The Onsite Recruitment Co-ordinator will:
Manage day-to-day workforce planning and scheduling of temporary staff.
Act as a liaison between clients, candidates, and Account Managers.
Support the recruitment and on boarding process, including interviews and inductions.
Maintain accurate candidate records, compliance checks, and right-to-work documentation.
Track and report on worker performance, attendance, and attrition rates.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, contract management, and payroll coordination.
Assist in on-call duties to handle urgent workforce requirements.
Attend job fairs and sourcing events to support recruitment efforts.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and company policies.
Our onsite recruitment co-ordinaTor will need the following knowledge, skills & experience:
Previous experience in workforce coordination or recruitment administration. (DESIRABE). Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-volume recruitment operations.
Experience in CRM or ATS systems is beneficial
DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL
