Based primarily within Charing Cross, with travel to Hammersmith. Occassionaly travel to Head Office in Hillingdon.
As our Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the link between clients, engineers, suppliers, and the wider operations team. You’ll ensure every project is accurately set up, scheduled correctly, and delivered on time. From managing enquiries and issuing quotations to planning resources, logistics, and maintaining compliance, the Operations Coordinator is central to every job from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing as a Operations Coordinator
* Setting up new projects, maintaining accurate client records, and scheduling engineers, subcontractors, fleet, and logistics.
* Being the go-to person for contract enquiries, updates, quotations, reports, invoices, and project handovers.
* Managing maintenance schedules, chasing approvals, coordinating resources, and supporting engineering teams across disciplines.
* Maintaining contract compliance, documentation, certificates, RAMS, training records, and client portals.
* Reporting on performance, monitoring contract status, and continuously improving operational processes and systems
You’ll be great in this Operations Coordinator role if you have:
* 2+ years’ experience in contract coordination, contract administration, project coordination, scheduling or similar.
* Strong communication skills with clients, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office plus experience with CRM, job management, or project systems.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
* Knowledge of M&E, maintenance, engineering or facilities management (or a willingness to learn fast).
