Hours: 3 days per week | 8:00am – 4:00pm

Eaton Syalon are delighted to be partnering with a manufacturing organisation to recruit a Part-Time Administrator to join their friendly and supportive HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys keeping things organised, working with accuracy and supporting a busy team. Whilst the role sits within the HR department, this is not a route into becoming a HR Generalist. The position is purely administration focused, making it ideal for someone who enjoys providing efficient administrative support and ensuring processes run smoothly.
With an experienced team in place, you'll receive full training and support, making this a fantastic opportunity to join a business that values its people and offers long-term stability.
The Role
Working closely with the HR team, you'll provide a wide range of administrative support to ensure the department runs efficiently. Duties will include:
* Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
* Processing administration relating to starters, leavers and employee changes.
* Updating annual leave, sickness and probation records.
* Supporting payroll administration by processing employee changes.
* Producing reports, spreadsheets and correspondence.
* Managing shared inboxes and responding to internal enquiries.
* Booking meetings and coordinating diaries where required.
* Supporting employee benefits administration.
* Maintaining accurate records across internal systems.
* General administration to support the wider HR team and business.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience in a busy administration role.
* Has excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
* Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Can prioritise a varied workload and work accurately under pressure.
* Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Is proactive, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team.
* Can handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
