Proven experience in HR systems management within a professional setting.
Proficient in WORKDAY and other systems withing the HR Architecture
Strong experience in Data and reporting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Knowledge of HR processes and workflows in a multi site role.
Familiarity with data protection and compliance regulations.
Effective communication skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration.
