Service Coordinator
Location: Llanelli
Salary: £30k - £35k Depending on experience
The Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join a busy Service & Commissioning team. This role is responsible for coordinating engineers, managing schedules, supporting customers, and ensuring service and commissioning projects are delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule service visits and commissioning work.
* Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and updates.
* Coordinate engineer diaries, travel, accommodation and parking.
* Prepare RAMS and job packs for service and commissioning activities.
* Maintain accurate service records and update internal systems.
* Produce service reports and support operational planning.
* Work closely with engineers and management to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Resolve service issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Monitor stock, equipment and service resources.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, vehicle inspections and industry standards.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Service Administrator or Scheduling role.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Strong customer service focus.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
