SEN Teaching Assistant - Day-to-Day/Short-Term/Long-Term Roles - Stafford, Penkridge, Rugeley and Stone - Start Date: September 2026

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support a variety of pupils within different school settings on a 1:1 and small group basis. You will ideally have full-time availability and be willing to commit to a short-term/long-term role to maintain levels of consistency and stability for both the schools and pupils. This is a rewarding role where your input will be valuable and allow pupils to flourish on a daily basis within a school setting.

Withing this role you will be supported by all staff members, liaising closely alongside staff members such as SENCo and SLT. You will be a highly motivated, reliable, and trustworthy individual with a genuine passion for supporting pupils to achieve. Your enthusiasm, positivity, and dedication will inspire confidence and create an engaging learning environment where children feel motivated, valued, and excited to learn. Through your energy and commitment, you will spark a love of learning while providing consistent, nurturing support that enables every pupil to flourish. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be a flexible individual with the understanding that no day is the same!

The role includes:

Working alongside class teachers and professionals to deliver tailored and relevant support to pupils; you will be expected to feedback to staff members.
Provide tailored SEND support for pupils including pupils with EHCP's and additional needs. You must be confident in supporting the class teacher in providing tailored care and learning where necessary.
The ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents and pupils. Creating and maintaining strong and professional relationships at all times.What we are looking for:

An experienced Teaching Assistant who shares a passion and drive for supporting pupils across the primary age range.
Holds NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants (or above).
Has experience supporting pupils with additional needs.
Have both high expectations of themselves and pupils; pushing the children to grow and flourish within the class.
Somebody who is able to adapt and jump into different school environments.
You will be working on a temporary basis, supporting a variety of our partner schools. We work with you providing work when suits around your lifestyle and commitments.Pay: £93 - £100 a day (dependent on experience) holiday pay is included in the day rate.
