Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (DOE)

Career Makers are partnering with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager (Nurse qualified) for a small, reputable nursing home located in the heart of Faversham. With a GOOD CQC rating and a stable, long-standing care team, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home while leading and supporting a dedicated team.

* Oversee quality, compliance and performance, including audits, safeguarding, care planning, and liaison with families and healthcare professionals.

* Previous Registered Manager experience within a nursing home setting
* Qualified RGN or RMN (essential)
