Registered Manager
Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 DOE + Bonus
We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable and established home care provider in the Salford area for an experienced Registered Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate care professional to lead a dedicated team and drive the delivery of high-quality, person-centred domiciliary care services. You'll be supported by experienced HR, Compliance, and Business Development teams, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding care and growing the service.
Requirements:
Previous experience within domiciliary care management
RMA, LMCS, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent
Working towards or holding Level 5 in Leadership & Management
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
Excellent leadership, organisational, and people management skills
Good IT and administrative abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the safe and effective delivery of care services
Ensure compliance with CQC and legislative requirements
Manage recruitment, staffing, performance, and quality assurance
Conduct care assessments and risk assessments
Handle complaints, incidents, and safeguarding matters
Participate in the on-call rota as required
