MOT Technician

A well-established automotive workshop in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join their team. Up to £38,000 salary plus performance-based bonus
Monday to Friday, 8am – 5.30pm
Every other Saturday, 8.30am – 4.30pm (additional pay)

Servicing vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards
Performing MOT testing (Class 4 & 7)
Diagnosing and fault-finding vehicle issues
Repairing and replacing components as required
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards
Maintaining a professional image and delivering excellent customer serviceRequirements for the Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester:

Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Valid Class 4 and 7 MOT license
Full UK driving licence
Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester
Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
