Customer Service Executive - Glenrothes

An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join a leading manufacturing business, supporting trade customers nationwide based in Glenrothes.
You'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, providing product and service advice, resolving issues, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Working closely with internal teams, handling enquiries from start to finish while ensuring service levels and quality standards are met.

What we're looking for:

Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and IT skills
A proactive, customer-focused approach
Experience supporting trade customers or within a manufacturing or technical environment is beneficial but not essentialWhat's on offer:
