You will be placed in a strategic role at the forefront of the company, responsible fort the continuation and enhancement of a growing, exciting company culture.

The company boasts an experienced senior team with a wealth of knowledge in the Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, and Workplace sectors - Think Hotels, high-rise Residential schemes and offices.

Key Skills and Experience of the Associate Designer:

Design & Project Management:

- Demonstrate a keen eye for quality design and architecture.

- Ability to set and meet deadlines effectively.

- Proficiency in using various tools and software to produce high-quality outputs.

- Competence in managing client expectations.

Team Management & Support:

- Contribute to and uphold design standards.

- Serve as a role model for the team, fostering a strong and inspiring work environment.

- Monitor the output of less experienced staff members.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to nurture team growth.
