The Role
Based in Salford, you'll travel to client locations across the UK carrying out ergonomic assessments, delivering and installing equipment, and providing guidance to users.
You'll be trusted to manage your own schedule, represent the business professionally, and ensure every client receives an outstanding experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Visiting clients to assess their workspace requirements
Recommending ergonomic solutions to improve comfort and well being
Assembling and installing desks, chairs and specialist equipment
Setting up computer equipment and accessories
Demonstrating equipment and providing basic user guidance
Supporting vulnerable individuals with patience, understanding and professionalism
Completing accurate reports and installation records
Managing your own workload and daily travel schedule
Working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional service

The right personality and attitude are more important than direct ergonomic experience.

Essential Requirements
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel regularly, including occasional visits to Glasgow
Flexibility to stay away overnight when required (all hotel and meal expenses covered)
Ability to assemble furniture and install equipment
Strong organisational and people skills
Desirable
Experience within ergonomics, occupational health, assistive technology, healthcare, customer service, mobility equipment or similar environments
Basic IT setup or troubleshooting experienceDon't worry if you don't have direct ergonomic experience - full training will be provided.
