Location: Waterlooville or Midhurst, South of England
Job Type: Agency / Flexible Shifts

Pay Rates - PAYE Only

* Weekdays: £21.26 per hour

* Nights & Saturdays: £23.62 per hour

* Sundays & Bank Holidays: £25.20 per hour

About the Role

We are currently recruiting experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join specialist Eating Disorders services in Waterlooville and Midhurst. This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate and skilled mental health professionals looking for flexible agency work within highly supportive multidisciplinary teams.

We welcome applications from RMNs with experience working with adults and/or children and young people (CAMHS) who have eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients with eating disorders.

* Complete comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualised care plans.

* Safely administer and monitor medication in line with NMC guidelines and local policies.

* Support patients throughout their recovery journey using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

* Monitor patients' physical and mental wellbeing, recognising and responding to any deterioration.

* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, dietitians and occupational therapists.

* Maintain accurate, timely and professional clinical documentation.

* Promote patient safety, dignity and recovery-focused care at all times.

* Adhere to safeguarding procedures, infection prevention standards and organisational policies.

Essential Requirements

* Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).

* Previous experience working within Adult and/or CAMHS Eating Disorders services.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

* A flexible and reliable approach to shift work.

* Right to work in the UK.

* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one if required).
