Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse looking to develop your career within a specialist CAMHS service?
We're working with a highly respected mental health care provider that supports children and young people, and they're looking to recruit compassionate and motivated RMNs to join their growing clinical team.

You'll have the time, support, and resources needed to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and make a real difference to the lives of young people experiencing mental health challenges.
The Role
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a specialist inpatient setting for children and young people.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering safe and effective nursing care to young people with complex mental health needs
Acting as a named nurse and key worker for allocated patients
Contributing to care planning, risk assessments, reviews, and discharge planning
Working collaboratively with psychologists, therapists, psychiatrists, educators, and the wider multidisciplinary team
Supporting the creation of a safe, nurturing, and recovery-focused environmentWhat's on Offer?
Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
Specialist CAMHS training and ongoing professional development

Active NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Ideally a minimum of 12 months' post-registration nursing experience

A patient-centred approach to carePrevious experience within CAMHS, inpatient mental health, acute mental health, PICU, rehabilitation, learning disabilities, or other mental health settings would be advantageous, although specialist training will be provided.
