If you are AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS and have a preference to carry out L2/L3 survey reports, then this could be the role you've been looking for.
Are you currently working within a target driven environment where quantity is the focus over quality? Are you currently driving excessive amounts of miles daily/weekly/monthly? Are you looking for a role whereby you can focus on delivering quality reports to private customers? Are you looking for a role with genuine work/life balance?
Our Client has had a very busy and profitable year and is looking to expand their Surveyor headcount covering in/around the Bristol area.
The work will comprise of privately generated L2/L3 Surveys with a focus on delivering an informative report which is easily understandable for the end user.
There is genuine career prospects within this organisation. An opportunity for all staff to have a voice and opinion of any changes/alterations that can aid the business growth.
