- Some prior Business Analysis experience, or experience in a closely related role such as Change Analyst, Project Analyst, PMO Analyst, Operations Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to turn stakeholder input into clear documentation.
- Exposure to requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, system change or operational change.
- Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
- Comfortable learning in a fast-moving programme environment.
- Awareness of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience using, or willingness to learn, Jira and Confluence.
Desirable
- Experience within banking, financial services or another regulated environment.
- Any exposure to payments, payment operations, payment technology, payment schemes, or payments-related change.
- Experience supporting a third-party software or vendor implementation.
- Familiarity with Faster Payments, CHAPS, Bacs, SWIFT, SEPA, ISO 20022 or payment-processing environments.
This role suits someone who has sound core BA skills and wants to build a career in payments and banking technology change. The client is open to a junior profile where the individual can demonstrate the capability, structure and appetite to step up.
