We're delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our superb client for a Compliance Officer to join their growing team in Cardiff on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with processes, governance and compliance. You'll play a key role in helping the business remain compliant, audit-ready and continually improving its systems and documentation.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting GDPR and data governance activities.
Maintaining compliance records and documentation.
Assisting with ISO and ESG audits and reporting.
Managing document control and filing systems.
Supporting the review and update of company policies and procedures.
Identifying and escalating compliance risks where appropriate.About you:
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience in a compliance or administrative role.
A good understanding of GDPR and data protection, with the ability to create and amend policies and procedures.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
A proactive, professional and collaborative approach.What's on offer:
Salary will be 30k (pro rata for 6 months)
23 days holiday per year (pro rata)
