Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to Key Stage 2 curriculum requirements
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
* Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers
* Contribute to the wider life of the school
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (fully qualified teacher)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Proven experience planning and delivering lessons suitable for Key Stage 2 pupils
* Strong classroom management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience working in a primary school setting
* Ability to differentiate effectively for mixed-ability classes
* Knowledge of current UK curriculum and assessment frameworks
