RELATIONSHIPS AND ENGAGEMENT LEAD – QUALITY ASSURANCE

£53,626.65 per annum

Full Time, Permanent

Home-based in England with the expectation of travel within area and nationally where required.

Skills for Care is the strategic workforce development and planning body for adult social care in England. We provide best practice, tools, resources, and intelligence to support workforce recruitment, capabilities, and culture.

Access to quality learning and development opportunities in the adult social care sector is a significant priority, and this new role provides the opportunity to make a real difference at a national level.

We’re seeking a Relationships and Engagement Lead to expand activity to grow the Quality Assured Care Learning Service (QACLS) and develop insightful and cooperative relationships with our Quality Assured training providers.

You will be a bring innovation and improvement in our external-facing activities whilst establishing relationships with stakeholders and currently quality assured training providers to support service improvement.

We’re looking for someone creative, pragmatic and collaborative who can apply their expertise in workforce development and learning ecosystems to understand the market, identify risks and implement solutions through effective engagement and influencing.

To succeed in this role, you should be confident in building, maintaining and effectively managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, be a charismatic and trusted presenter, and confidently manage potentially challenging discussions across stakeholder groups, using your sector credibility to enhance this - having worked in adult social care, training and development or a sector-adjacent role

In addition to delivering the quality assurance service, you will have opportunity to contribute to the wider team and organisation objectives, effecting positive change across the adult social care sector.
