The Opportunity
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, UK-based training and development organisation that supports individuals and employers through apprenticeships, skills programmes, and professional training.
They are looking to appoint an t Talent & Operations Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied role combining recruitment coordination with broader operational support.
The Role
This position sits within the Operations team and will focus on managing the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting wider operational activities across the business.
It’s an ideal role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and thrives on working with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers
Work closely with hiring managers and external agencies
Maintain talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
Support onboarding processes and recruitment campaignsOperations Support
Assist with learner enrolment and attendance tracking
Maintain registers and support compliance processes
Coordinate documentation, exam materials, and data records
Support GDPR-related queries and general administration
Assist with internal engagement initiatives and ad hoc projects
Candidate Profile
Essential:
Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or coordination
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focusedDesirable:
Experience within training, education, or skills environments
Familiarity with apprenticeships or bootcamp programmes
Exposure to compliance or audit-driven processes
Experience working with agencies or external partners
