Prepping vehicles to the highest standards prior to applying paint
Applying high-quality spray paint with precision and attention to detail

Maintaining accurate documentation, including job cards and progress reports
Ensuring work meets manufacturer and BSI 10125 standards
Collaborating with panel beaters, MET fitters, and other workshop team members
Upholding safety and quality standards at all times
Using initiative to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines successfullyRequirements for the Paint Sprayer include:

Minimum of three years’ experience in bodyshop painting and prep work
High-level spray painting skills, including colour matching and coating application
Ownership of spray guns and air-fed masks
Strong understanding of surface preparation and paint application techniques
Ability to work on various vehicle makes and models
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving abilities
Good interpersonal skills and team attitude
Competency with workshop computer systems
