Paint Sprayer

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable, family-run crash repair centre located in Bromley for the position of Paint Sprayer. This is a valuable opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking a stable and supportive working environment. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work

Conduct high-quality paint spraying in accordance with vehicle specifications
Prepare vehicles by ensuring surfaces are clean and ready for painting
Collaborate with team members to achieve exceptional repair standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Assist with general bodyshop preparation and polishing duties where necessary
Ensure accurate and efficient work to meet customer expectationsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or Prepper within the motor trade
Knowledge of vehicle refinishing processes and materials
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valid relevant certifications or qualifications are advantageous
