Senior HR Advisor - The Role
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will deliver a high-quality, commercially focused HR service, partnering closely with stakeholders across the business. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on a wide range of people matters while supporting the achievement of strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with managers to support the delivery of business goals and embed effective people practices
Provide pragmatic, solutions-focused HR advice across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, and policy guidance
Lead on complex and sensitive Employee Relations cases, ensuring risk is managed and outcomes are fair and consistent
Coach and develop line managers to build capability and confidence in managing people
Contribute to and lead on HR projects and initiatives that support organisational development and continuous improvementSenior HR Advisor - About You
Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
Proven experience handling complex ER cases independently within a fast-paced environment
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
A true HR generalist with experience across recruitment, performance, and employee engagement
Confident communicator with excellent influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Commercially aware, proactive, and able to deliver solutions that add real business value
