Your responsibilities as Senior HR Advisor

Act as the lead contact for employee relations matters, providing commercially focused Human Resource guidance
Partner with the colleagues to deliver key people initiatives across the business
Support performance management, learning and development, reward and systems activity
Lead and contribute to projects that enhance wellbeing and inclusion across the organisation
Analyse data, identify trends and produce recommendations to support business decisions
Ensure policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied consistently and effectively
What we're looking for in a Senior HR Advisor

CIPD Level 5 qualification or a relevant HR degree
Strong generalist HR knowledge across the full employee lifecycle
Up-to-date understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
Experience managing employee relations casework and producing meaningful HR data and reporting
Experience supporting or leading HR improvement projects, including wellbeing or diversity initiatives
Working hours: Full-time, hybrid working with attendance in the Leeds office 1–2 days per week.
