We are currently seeking talented Architectural Technologists and Architects to join our clients expanding team based in Tunbridge Wells.

Architectural Technologist and Architects that join the company will have the opportunity to work for an architectural practice that has an excellent reputation throughout Kent and be given the opportunity to work on great projects. We are not talking endless private residential jobs...this practice has a history of delivering some of the most prestigious projects in Kent. They have completed many new build education projects, healthcare schemes, many public space local authority type projects as well as some large leisure and commercial schemes. They have a great client base and get a lot of repeat work.

They have a great team of Architects, Architectural Assistants and Architectural Technologists that all help create a motived, friendly and fast paced environment. Staff retention is very impressive and the team has been consistently growing in recent years.

As part of the architectural team, you will:

* Deliver projects across a range of RIBA work stages, from initial design development through to completion on site.

* Prepare accurate technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.

* Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and wider project teams.

* Attend site visits, monitor progress, and assist in resolving technical and construction-related issues.

* Contribute ideas that balance creative design with practical, buildable solutions.

* Support the delivery of projects within agreed programmes and budgets.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines technical knowledge with a proactive attitude and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

You'll ideally have:

* ARB registration or Chartered Architectural Technologist (CIAT) accreditation.

* Previous experience within a UK architectural practice.

* A sound understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning legislation, British Standards, and statutory requirements.

* Experience producing technical drawing packages and construction information.

* Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.

* Familiarity with SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar visualisation software would be beneficial.

* Experience attending construction sites and supporting project delivery during the build phase.

* The confidence to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and colleagues.
