Project Architect / Architectural Technologist

On behalf of my client, a highly respected architectural practice, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join their Northampton studio, where you can collaborate, innovate, and grow. They believe that the best design happens when brilliant minds work in the same space.
The Role: Dynamic, Collaborative, & Impactful
My client isn’t looking for box-tickers; they want people who genuinely care about the quality of their output and want to master their craft. In this role, you will:
* Lead & Adapt: Take ownership of projects, leading teams and working autonomously with robust in-house support.
* Work Dynamically: Juggle multiple projects at different stages, delivering high-quality results against fixed deadlines.
* Grow Professionally: Deepen your understanding of design, technical detailing, and evolving legislative requirements.
