Aspire People are currently recruiting a dedicated **Level 2 Teaching Assistant** to support pupils within a primary school setting.
The school is looking for someone who has experience working within a UK primary school and can confidently support classroom learning, pupil progress, and intervention work.
This role would suit a passionate Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.
**The Role:**
* Supporting pupils across the classroom
* Working alongside the class teacher to support learning
* Delivering small-group intervention sessions
* Supporting Reading, Phonics, Maths, and Writing activities
* Helping pupils build confidence and independence
* Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience/training
* Recent experience working within a UK primary school
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Experience supporting intervention work
* Patient, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
