The school is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant who can confidently support teaching and learning across the classroom, deliver interventions, and help pupils make strong academic progress.
Applicants must hold a **Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)** and have recent experience working within a UK primary school.
**The Role:**
* Supporting pupils across the classroom alongside the class teacher
* Delivering small-group intervention sessions in Maths, English, Reading, and Phonics
* Supporting pupils of varying abilities to access learning effectively
* Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
* Supporting assessment activities and monitoring pupil progress
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Has recent experience working within a UK primary school within the last 2 years
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Experience delivering intervention work
* Positive, proactive, and reliable approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
