Looking for a Nursery Where Quality Comes First?

Revive EYFS Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a highly regarded nursery in the beautiful riverside town of Henley-on-Thames to recruit a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. This is an opportunity to join a nursery that has earned the trust of local families through its commitment to exceptional care, strong values and a genuine belief that every child deserves the very best start in life. If you're looking for a setting where children are happy, staff are valued and high standards are celebrated, this could be the role you've been waiting for.

More Than Just Another Nursery Job

The best practitioners don't just want a place to work. They want to feel part of something. They want supportive leadership, colleagues who genuinely care, opportunities to develop professionally and the freedom to focus on what matters most – helping children thrive. That's exactly what this nursery offers. You'll be joining an established and respected team that believes outstanding childcare begins with investing in its people. Staff wellbeing, professional development and teamwork are at the heart of the nursery's culture, creating an environment where both children and practitioners flourish.

The Role

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you'll play an important role in helping children develop confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning. Working within a structured but nurturing environment, you'll create engaging experiences, support children's development and build meaningful relationships with families and colleagues. Every day brings new opportunities to inspire curiosity, encourage exploration and make a lasting difference during some of the most important years of a child's life.

Why You'll Love Working Here

This nursery combines high standards with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Children benefit from a carefully planned routine that provides security and consistency while allowing plenty of opportunities for learning through play, discovery and creativity. Practitioners are trusted, supported and encouraged to contribute ideas, develop their skills and take pride in the important work they do every day.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings warmth, energy and professionalism into the room. You'll hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience within an Early Years setting. Strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding awareness and a genuine passion for child development are essential. Most importantly, you'll be someone who loves working with children and understands the impact a great practitioner can have on a child's future.

What's On Offer

* £14.00 per hour

* Full-time permanent position

* 40 hours per week

* Shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm

* Supportive and experienced leadership team

* Ongoing professional development and training

* Pension scheme and employee benefits

* Positive and collaborative team culture

* Well-resourced learning environment

* Excellent local reputation and strong parent partnerships

* Long-term career stability and development opportunities
