OX14 Area | Full-Time | Permanent

Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking to join a supportive nursery with excellent facilities and genuine opportunities for progression?

We are recruiting for a growing nursery in the OX14 area that has recently moved into a stunning purpose-built setting and is now looking to strengthen its team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, although compressed hours can be considered. Practitioners may work across different age groups and rooms depending on the needs of the nursery.

Unfortunately, part-time hours are not available at this time.

About the Nursery

The nursery currently has 168 children on roll and operates across eight spacious rooms, supporting children from birth through to school age.

The setting benefits from:

* Separate outdoor learning space for older children

What We're Looking For

You will hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification and be passionate about delivering high-quality early years education and care.

You will also have:

* Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge

* Excellent communication skills

* A positive and flexible approach

* The ability to build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
