Receptionist

Our client based in Egham are seeking a Receptionist to come and join their team for 3 weeks on a temporary basis.

You will be the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring top customer service is provided to all customers. We are looking for an individual with previous and recent reception experience, a multi tasker with good solid communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities are, however are not limited to:

Meeting and greeting visitors
Providing a warm welcome into the office
Updating records
Assisting the wide team with any Admin duties that are required
Managing and book in appointments
Inbound and outbound telephone calls
Ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy throughout the dayJob Details

Hourly Rate: £14.20 per hour

Start Date: Monday 6th July

End Date: Friday 24th July

Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
