PAL Operator | Manufacturing Operative | £12.84 per hour | Monday – Thursday | 6:00am – 6:00pm | Immediate Start
IRS Group are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing company in Tamworth for a PAL Operator to join their production team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business supplying precision-engineered components to world-leading industries. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Hours
* Monday – Thursday
* 6:00am – 6:00pm
* Three-day weekend every week!
The Role
Working within a busy manufacturing environment, your duties will include:
* Operating production machinery and manufacturing equipment
* Monitoring production processes and ensuring quality standards are met
* Loading and unloading materials
* Carrying out visual quality inspections
* Following work instructions and operating procedures
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Working closely with the production team to achieve daily targets
We're Looking For
* Previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience is preferred
* A good work ethic and positive attitude
* Excellent attention to detail
* Reliable and punctual
* Able to work as part of a team
* Keen to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment
